My Approach

I use a variety of approaches to support you in your goals by uniquely tailoring my sessions to meet your needs as an individual. I not only help you succeed in the areas desired, but also work with you to discover the underlying root or origin of what may be getting in the way of the changes you are wanting to make, and then working together as a team to build a new foundation for success.

I specialize in helping my clients overcome trauma, phobias, habits, procrastination, addictions, habitual negative thought patterns, as well as supporting them to achieve personal goals ranging from weight loss, improving self-confidence, improved performance in sports, confidence at work, self-acceptance, relationship issues, and more.

I utilize advanced hypnotherapeutic techniques to get to the root of what began as an unhealthy habit, thought, belief, or state of being, and neutralize it so that it no longer dictates your everyday life. As a result, you create new thought patterns and habits for a better quality of life in any area you wish to transform. The possibilities are endless.

I also use many other techniques such as Core Transformation and Inner Wisdom Integration® to put you in alignment with your highest values by helping you move through unpleasant emotions and beliefs that interfere with your potential to live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.

 

Hypnotherapy can also be used as an adjunct treatment for some medical and psychological issues. With your physician's consent we can find out if hypnotherapy is appropriate for your situation.

One of the most powerful tools I offer my clients is teaching them self-hypnosis techniques they can do at home. With daily practice, you have a life-changing resource that will assist you in making the changes that will reward you with a healthier and happier life.
